the days of summer are soon to be far behind us. school isn't that bad this year. things are going well and i haven't been totally swamped with homework. but i am getting tired of obnoxious people who think they simply must comment on everything. dear obnoxious people, i really don't care what you think and i don't want to hear your sarcastic comments. i'm being totally hypocritical but that's my own personal problem. i'm currently reading flowers for algernon and i really like it. it's rather slow at the moment but i'm sure i will get better soon. i have a whole list of books i want to read. sigh, this could take a while but i'm willing to tackle this challenge.my story is coming along well. i haven't worked on it in a while but that's okay.i'll eventually finish it. my computer still hates me. dear computer, i'm still trying so figure what i've done to cause these harsh feelings between us. please take me back. today at school we were told that we have to sell cookie dough to help pay for prom. yum. i'm probably going to buy my own cookie dough. not that i need it. ugh i need room to breathe. oxygen please! i feel like i'm surrounded by people who don't know what the heck i'm talking about and even if they actually know what i'm talking about they don't care so i should probably stop talking to homo sapiens. but what fun would that be? i've decided to totally change my style. this is going to take a while. but it will be worth it. looking toward a bright future. now all i have to do is find the light at the end of the tunnel. wish me luck.

 | We just wanted to let you know, that the news of Ryan and Jon leaving the band is unfortunately true. It's been an amazing journey being in a band with them, but sometimes individual tastes take friends in different directions and you can't ignore it. They are some of the most talented guys we know, and we're sure that whatever they do next will be great. That said, Panic At The Disco is alive and very very well. We are working on new songs that we are excited for you to hear. Our dates with Blink and Fall Out Boy start in a little less than a month, and we wouldn't miss those for the world. We know everybody has a lot of questions at this point with everything being so out of the blue, most of those should be answered in the coming weeks. We appreciate every one of you, and hope you continue with us on this incredible ride. Pay attention we have a surprise in store for you. -Brendon and Spencer |
how can this happen? i copied this straight from their myspace. i don't even have words to express how horrible i think this is. i mean, ryan and brendon, separated? things will never be the same. brendon and spencer have my full support as does ryan and jon. i just wonder what happened. did they have disagreements? what individual tastes? so many questions and not enough answers.

school is officially out for summer. it's time to hit the pool and soak up some sun. my biggest summer problem is my lack of interesting things to do. i just get so bored and burnt out on doing the same old thing over and over. so my goal this summer is to do something totally outragous and spontaneous. i just want something new. suggestions?

so this is one of those 'i really need to do my homework but i would rather procrastinate' times. it's amazing that i can find so many useless things to do. i'm in one of those moods where i want to criticize the world. sometimes i wonder how different we would be if we could only see things in black and white. i want to paint the world with different shades of gray and then discover the meaning of color all over again. think about it. a person who is born blind never knows what color is. and there's no way you can describe it to them. how do you describe red, blue, green, yellow? you can't. they're just meaningless words unless you can pair them with an image. yeah, i have way too much time on my hands. did you know that: 'the genes of many organisms show important similarities at the molecular level. similarities in DNA can be used to help determine classification and evolutionary relationships.' yep, that came straight out of my biology book. at the moment we're studying evolution and other such topics. personally, i don't believe in evolution but we (unfortunately) have to learn about it anyway. i don't know about you, but i did not come from a monkey or a single-celled, spineless, tiny, almost nonexistent bacteria. thank you very much. if you want to claim monkeys as ancestors be my guest.
